1. Plan the details for your group.

   Now that you’ve decided to launch a group, it’s time to iron out some key details. Pick a day, time, and location that best suits your schedule and comfort. You can choose to meet virtually, in person (if safe), or a combination of both.
   Decide on the type of group you want to lead. Your group might focus on a specific life stage or demographic or be open to everyone.
   Create a name and description for your group. This will help attract potential members! Be sure to write a compelling description that includes when and where you meet (there is no need for a specific address), who the group is for, and what your focus is.
   You can fill out the “Group Details” form as you make decisions. Once submitted, your group will be officially listed on the church website and app!

2. Start inviting people.

   While the church will help connect people to your group, a personal invite goes a long way. Reach out to friends, family, co-workers, or neighbors who might be interested in joining your group.

3. Stay connected with us.

   If you haven’t already, you’ll be hearing from a group coach soon. They are here to support you! Whether you need ideas, face challenges, or just want to brainstorm, your coach will be a great resource to help guide you through the process.
